Welcome to Su Plus Two! As the name suggests, this restaurant started with the two Cisneros brothers and a girl named Su. We took over what was formerly known as Urban Joe Cafe. Carlos, who’s a former chef at Urban Joe was given an opportunity to take over the operation of the cafe. Although, the trio’s original thought was to open a restaurant in Thailand within five years. They couldn’t let go of this opportunity. With Su’s experience in waitressing and accounting, Carlos’ years of cooking, and Jose’s management skills, Su Plus Two Fusion Cuisine was born.
