Welcome to Su Plus Two! As the name suggests, our restaurant was founded by two Cisneros brothers and a woman named Su.

Carlos, a former chef at Urban Joe, was given the opportunity to take over the café’s operations. Initially, the trio had planned to open a restaurant in Thailand within five years, but this opportunity was one the family couldn’t pass up.

With Su’s experience in accounting, Carlos’ years of culinary expertise, and Jose’s management skills, Su Plus Two Fusion Cuisine was born. The team began operating as a family-owned business in a smaller location on May 1, 2021.

Now, the team is operating in a larger space, three blocks west of their original location, after purchasing and renovating their new building at 7335 W. Greenfield Ave, West Allis. The new location has been open since November 2023.
